During a therapy session, the INDIGO utilizes five comfortable conductive straps: a head band with sensors is placed on your head, wrist and ankles. These sensors painlessly send signals to a software system, which displays valuable information about a client’s stress reactions. I take the information provided about the results and then frequency changing signals can be activated, to attempt a balancing and harmonizing for items of concern, training and assisting the body to heal itself.

How much does it cost?

Each biofeedback therapy session lasts about an hour and a half. Most patients begin to see benefits in 10 sessions or less. Some conditions, such as high blood pressure, can take 10 – 20 sessions to improve. Because this therapy offers relief from stress, it is covered by some insurance carriers with a referral from your doctor. The first session is $150, and subsequent sessions are $75 each.
